White Lightning

Cape Town awoke this morning to the sound of thunder and the sight of lightning.
This a picture taken at the harbour at the V & A Waterfront.

I captured these pictures while walking down Long Street.

Workers were seen laying cables, breaking up tarmac and then as seen in the pictures below asphalting the walkways and pavements.
