Gatesville

This is a scene out of a frenetic Saturday morning shopping session.

In this shot, is Hazel Road a busy road that connects Gatesville; the Business hub to Rylands; the residential area. It's 10:00am I have done my early morning jog in Mouille Point by 9am and I witnessing the steady influx of Saturday shoppers. Gatesville is a business place where the following can be bought:

1. Vegetables
2. Saturday night Gatsby Treats
3. Spices
4. Elite Groceries
5. Eastern Wear
6. Car Audio fitted by Soundmatch
7. Car Wash
   
8. Islamic Books and Dvd's

It gets crazy by 12:00pm, so if you need to, get there early and experience a quaint shopping trip.

Too Legit to quit!

I have been reducing the amount of cigarettes I smoke for the past two weeks in the vain hope of quitting smoking all together.

Well last night I smoked my last Camel filter and I had a long dialogue with this cigarette about how this habit was not adding value to my welfare, my relationships and my health.
So today is Day 1 without nicotine, I have been quite busy at the office that kept my mind occupied.

Lets see how far I go with my quest to be a non-smoker.
Wish me luck.

I captured these pictures while walking down Long Street.

Workers were seen laying cables, breaking up tarmac and then as seen in the pictures below asphalting the walkways and pavements.

I attended a Salesforce Presentation at the Cticc in Cape Town. Salesforce is a CRM program.

It was quiet informative listening to the speakers who have specialist knowledge about the application's functions.
